It has officially been a year since I began writing Wishbone Poetry. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read these poems. I am so glad to share them with you and am grateful for your kindness in reading, liking and sharing.
I was not at all certain I would be able to sustain a consistent newsletter. I love writing, but it takes quite a bit of time to craft something that feels worth sharing. I had to cut back on some of the extra bits like image creation and audio recordings, but I hope to be able to bring those things back in some ways in the future. That said, since beginning I have sent and you have been able to read (or sometimes listen to) over one hundred poems, stories and updates! And, your readership has made that possible. So, again, thank you. I hope to keep it going.
In that regard, I have a second serial fiction that I will be releasing soon. Look at the title art!
I loved writing The North Pole Epic last Christmas and I hope you’ll take the chance to read it again this year when the time comes. I had intended to create a sequel to that series for this coming Christmas, but I don’t think that is going to pan out. However, I am very happy with this new story and I think you will enjoy it too.
Of Elvia and the Steam is about a young river sprite who meets with tragedy. In her journey to find answers and get revenge she encounters new and dangerous lifeforms as well as a mysterious power that seems to be reshaping the world in big, yet personal ways.
I can’t wait to share this story with you!
Thank you again, and I hope you keep enjoying Wishbone Poetry.
