Inside "Let's Play"

A lot of learning happens through play. Probably the best learning happens through play and free time. Arguably the most important learning happens through play. Kids are great at playing though it seems like we put everything we can in their way to hinder that critically formative activity. We over structure small children’s days. We bog down older kids with homework so they have increasingly less unstructured time to play. We all get sucked into those certain apps that consume and numb rather than release and inspire.
